Returns

Sammy's Souvlaki Famous Seasoning products are non-returnable. We do not accept returns for any reason.  

Refunds

We have a 7-day refund policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a refund. You can request a refund if your order is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We want you to be happy so please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there is a problem. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

We will notify you if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
